Orders

  1. How do I know if my order went through?
    You'll get a confirmation email immediately after checkout. If it doesn't arrive within 15-30 minutes, check your spam folder before reaching out it happens more than you'd think.

  2. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? 
    If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us right away and we'll do our best to adjust it. Once it's shipped, we're unable to make changes.

  3. Can I add an item to an order I already placed?
    Once an order is submitted it's locked in for processing, so we can't add items to it  you're welcome to place a second order, and we're happy to help with shipping if it makes sense to combine them.

Shipping

  1. How long does shipping take?
    Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days and arrive within 5-7 business days domestically, depending on your location.

    No

  3. How do I track my order?
    You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

  4. What happens if my package is lost or damaged in transit?
    Reach out with your order number and we'll sort out a replacement or refund no need to deal with the carrier yourself.

Returns

  1. What's your return policy?
    We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on unused items in original condition.

  2. How do I start a return?
    Contact us with your order number and we'll send return instructions and a shipping label.

  3. Do you offer exchanges instead of refunds?
    Yes if you'd rather swap colors or styles, let us know when you reach out and we'll handle it as an exchange.

  4. Who covers return shipping costs?
    Returns due to sizing or preference are covered by the customer; returns due to a defect are on us.

Care Instructions

  1. How do I clean my tote?
    Most of our totes can be spot-cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap; check the care label on your specific style before machine washing.

  2. Can I machine wash my tote?
    It depends on the fabric and hardware some styles can be washed on a gentle cycle, others should be hand-cleaned only. Always check the care tag first.

  3. How do I keep the straps from fraying over time?
    Avoid overloading the bag beyond its recommended capacity, and try to set it down rather than drop it  most strap wear comes from repeated stress at the stitch point, not from the material itself.

  1. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards, plus the additional payment options shown at checkout.

  2. Is it safe to enter my payment information on your site?
    Yes, checkout is fully encrypted and we never store your full card details.
