We make printed canvas totes for everyday use.

We do our best to show product colours, prints, sizes, materials and details as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly because screens, lighting and photography can make products look a little different.

Product availability, pricing, offers and descriptions may change from time to time.

2. Orders

When you place an order, please make sure your name, email, phone number and shipping address are correct.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. If we are unable to fulfil your order because of stock, payment, address or operational reasons, we may contact you to modify or cancel the order.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. HappyTotes does not store your full card, UPI or bank details on its own servers.

Offers, discounts and promotional prices may be changed, paused or withdrawn at our discretion.

4. Shipping

We ship orders to serviceable locations in India.

Our shipping timelines, dispatch details and tracking process are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary because of courier delays, address issues, weather, public holidays or other logistics disruptions.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to like what you receive.

Return and exchange requests are handled according to our Return Policy. Items must meet the return conditions mentioned there to be eligible.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items should be reported to us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos/videos.

6. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its working, attempt unauthorised access, copy our content, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

The HappyTotes name, logo, product designs, graphics, copy, images and other website content belong to HappyTotes / Rtistry Maestro Private Limited or are used by us with permission.

Please do not copy, reproduce, sell, modify or use our designs, photographs, artwork, logo or content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We try to keep the website accurate, safe and available. However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the extent permitted by law, HappyTotes shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website, delivery delays, third-party payment/courier issues, or product misuse.
