1. Processing & Production Time
Because many of our high-quality prints are made to order, please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing, quality checks, and packaging before your order is dispatched from our facility.
Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or major public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your package arrives securely. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout:

Shipping Fees: Free shipping may apply to promotional offers or orders above a specific cart value, which will be calculated automatically at checkout.
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to peak holiday seasons, severe weather conditions, or unexpected logistics disruptions.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your package is handed over to our delivery partner, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or WhatsApp update containing your unique tracking number.

4. Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address and contact phone number carefully when placing an order.

We cannot be held responsible for deliveries that fail due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, an additional shipping fee may be charged to re-route and re-ship your package.
5. Damaged Packages
If you receive your package and notice severe external damage to the box or mailing bag, please take a quick photo before opening it. If the product inside is damaged, contact us immediately at hello@happytotes.in along with your order number and photos so we can send a replacement right away.
