At HappyTotes, we want you to love your new canvas bag! If something isn't quite right, we are here to help you get it sorted. We offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange window from the date your order is delivered.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item is kept in its original packaging with all tags still attached.

You provide the receipt or proof of purchase (your order confirmation email works perfectly).
Damages and Issues (Defective or Incorrect Items)
We take immense pride in our quality, but slips can happen! Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong print/design, contact us immediately at hello@happytotes.in with:

Your Order Number.

A clear photo or short video showing the defect or damage.
Note: We will arrange a complimentary replacement or a full refund for any defective, misprinted, or damaged items at absolutely no extra cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Request: Send an email to hello@happytotes.in with your order number and the reason for your return/exchange.

Approval: Our customer support team will review your request within 24–48 hours and send you step-by-step instructions.

Pickup/Shipping: Depending on your location, we will either arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on how to ship the package back to our facility.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
